Ultimate Home Health Care and Ultimate Plus Hospice are two brands operating under the same name for home health and hospice care in the North Texas area.
Booklet Design
Ultimate Home Health and Ultimate Plus Hospice required multiple educational booklets for patients and caregivers on a range of topics. We helped them condense information into an 8-20 page printed booklet for each topic, including:
- Developing each booklet using topic-appropriate graphics and stock images
- Providing digital PDFs
- Setting up the files for print
- Using larger fonts due to the older target demographic

Postcard Design
Ultimate Home Health also needed postcard size advertisements for specific diagnoses. We designed the postcard and included a map of their service area on the back side.
