New Hire Onboarding Campaign
Oceans Healthcare required a complete overhaul of their onboarding presentation, including a revision and update of the existing PowerPoint presentations, updated design and theme, and development of a new module-style approach linked to the company’s core values.
This project included:
- Branding and theme development
- Creating new PowerPoint templates and presentation materials
- Consolidating existing important information into easily readable slides
- Creating cohesive handouts
- Working with subject matter experts to determine the exact information to share
- Collaborating with a team to ensure the orientation is engaging and activity-oriented
Performance Appraisal Cycle Campaign
We helped Oceans Healthcare update the communications for their internal performance appraisal cycle for employees. The performance appraisal communications consisted of:
- Branding and theme development
- Booklet guides for managers and employees
- Poster design
- PowerPoint template
Recruiting Materials
We provided recruiting materials for Oceans Healthcare locations as needed and personalized with specific campaign information including applicable sign-on bonuses, incentives, and available positions for each location.
Additionally, we collaborated with Oceans Healthcare HR to create an interview guide in order to facilitate an efficient and cohesive interview process across all locations.
